TLC Property Services wants to make sure our tenants live in safe and comfortable housing.  In an effort to keep repair and maintenance issues from "slipping throught the cracks", we are implementing a written request form policy so issues can be resolved quickly.

We maintain 24 hour phone contact for emergency issues, however non-emergency issues can easily be handled by the written request form.
