Application Process
TLC Property Services application is very straight forward. There are no "finder's fees" or hidden costs to an applicant in renting through TLC Property Services. We pass on only the cost of the credit reports as explained below.
"Requirements to Qualify"
- Each applicant over 18 years old must completely fill out a rental application.
- The total applicants gross income must be three times the amount of the monthly rent. Except Section 8 applicants.
- Each working applicant must attach at least one copy of a recent pay stub to their completed application.
- All past rental history will be checked. Applicants must supply accurate names, phone numbers and contact information on the application.
After the above information is verified a credit report wil be run on each adult applicant.
The charge for the credit fee is $15.00 dollars each. A married couple with the same last name can pay $20.00 dollars for the couple. If a credit report is not run on an applicant, their credit fee will be refunded. Credit fees must be paid in cash, money order or cashier's check, made out to Terri Hall.
