Below you can download our Application to rent in either a Microsoft Excel format, or open a printable PDF document to print and mail or bring it in. Download and print only after reading our "Requirments to Qualify" below.
"Requirements to Qualify"
- Each applicant over 18 years old must completely fill out a rental application.
- The total applicants gross income must be three times the amount of the monthly rent. Except Section 8 applicants.
- Each working applicant must attach at least one copy of a recent pay stub to their completed application.
- All past rental history will be checked; applicant must supply names and phone numbers on the application.
After the above information is verified a credit report wil be run on each adult applicant. The charge for the credit fee is $15.00 dollars each. A married couple with the same last name can pay $20.00 dollars for the couple. If a credit report is not run on an applicant, their credit fee will be refunded. Credit fees must be paid in cash, money order or cashier's check, made out to Terri Hall.
